Offering a Complete Resort Setting that Maximizes the Training Experience
All Vacation Home Rentals at Regal Palms Resort & Spa Orlando offer a fully equipped kitchen including cookware, flatware and dinnerware. Refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Bath, hand towels and bed linens are provided. There is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, iron and ironing board in each villa. The also have access to a state of the art swimming pavilion, sand volley ball, on site restaurant and spa, clubhouse with free Wi-Fi and business center.
Regal Palms Resort and Spa provides special pricing to all agents and athletes participating with Coach Tom Shaw in his speed and agility training camps.
Special pricing is available for extended stays before & after training camp.
Bamboo Tiki Bar provides a special, nutritionist approved, menu for participants to choose from. The menu includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options at discounted prices. They’ll find delicious, balanced, affordable meals to help them achieve their full potential.

Coach Tom Shaw’s Florida Sport Training Camps
Coach Tom Shaw is a leader in the business. He has worked for Florida State and earned three NFL super bowl championships along side the New England Patriots as their strength and conditioning coach. Now, he has made his way to Florida, where he trains countless of athletes and prepares them for their chance to live the NFL dream. His speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness training program is the leader in performance enhancement.
Coach Tom Shaw’s facilities are located at ESPN Wide World of Sports®. This 220 acre athletic complex is located in the Walt Disney World Resort® only a few miles from Regal Palms Resort and Spa. The resort also provides access to our pool pavilion’s lazy river, used by Coach Shaw and his athletes who participate in the sports training camps.
